Harry started his business career 30 years ago working in a family business in the printing industry.    He grew the business from $250K in sales to over $5M with offices in Duluth and the Twin Cities. Harry sold the company to PGI Web in the Twin Cities and held a management position at PGI for two years before starting a Human Resources consulting and services firm called Outsource One.  At Outsource One, Paul was co-owner and managed the different disciplines in strategic HR.   In 2009, Harry took a leadership position at Goodall MFG, LLC, a manufacturing company located in Minneapolis.  In a little over 2 years, Goodall realized a several fold increase in profitability.  Sales increased over 25% per year as a result of sales strategies and Harry’s leadership.

Mike spent the previous 13 years in sales and sales management with some of the largest privately held companies in the fields of facility services and transportation ranging from $12 billion to $150 million.  His results are nothing short of fantastic, doubling sales in consecutive years in two different sales management roles and developed more the 25 sales reps to sales managers.  Mike has written a sales management degree program for Concordia University – Saint Paul, along with several sales training manuals for Aramark and UniFirst.

In addition to Next Stage Growth Partners, Mike is the President and owner of On-site Professional Services and serves on 3 boards as an advisor.

Mike spent four and a half years in the U.S. Navy in Yokosuka, Japan; Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; and Naples, Italy as a Search and Rescue Swimmer. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Innovation Management and an M.B.A. from Concordia University – St. Paul.

Mark Spaniol has over 24 years of leadership experience in operations and financial accounting.  He has successfully transitioned a company from a negative $1 million cash flow to a positive $2.4 million cash flow in 5 years.  Mark also co-founded a startup company that grew sales from $0 to $9 million and a staff from 2 to 40 in 6 years.  He has managed over 5 acquisitions, successfully integrate staff and retained 95% of the existing customer base.  He has also sold two companies which brought tremendous capital returns to the shareholders.  Mark loves to roll up his sleeves, build successful teams, find solutions to the problems and celebrate the successes.

Steve is a co-founder and President of Harebrain Inc., a design and wholesale business pointed at the primary general and special education market.  Harebrain, Inc. enjoys sales of its literacy-building product line nationwide and abroad.

Steve is a co-founder and CFO of Kinetic Green Solutions, a company dedicated to helping manage storm water and underground irrigation systems by licensing its proprietary technology to manufacturers.

Steve is currently President of CNH Machine, a contract manufacturing company in the precision machining space.  CNH serves customers by delivering precision componentry in the Aerospace, Defense, Irrigation, Fluid Delivery and Hydraulics industries.

When not building a team to drive business, you’ll find Steve enticing rainbows and browns knee-deep in a Colorado river, flying left seat in a Piper Archer, or year-round trail biking.
